Are you eligible?
You may be eligible to participate in this clinical research study if you:
- Are 18 to 55 years of age
- Have relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis
- Have experienced at least 1 relapse* during the last year, or 2 relapses during the last 2 years
- Do not require the use of a wheelchair

A "relapse" (also known as an attack, a flare-up, or an exacerbation) is a sudden worsening of MS symptoms, or the appearance of new symptoms. A relapse may be mild or may significantly interfere with a person’s daily life. Relapses usually last for days or weeks, although they may last for months. |
To find out if you may be eligible to participate, first please read the information below. Then, if you are interested, please complete our online prescreener.
After you complete the online prescreener, we will let you know if our clinical research study is being conducted near you, and whether or not you may be able to participate. If you are eligible, we will forward your contact information (with your permission) to the study site closest to you. The study site will then contact you soon.
Patients:
Please complete as much of the questionnaire as you can. Your information will not be shared with anyone outside of this clinical research study. If at any time you feel uncomfortable providing information, you may exit the questionnaire by clicking on the browser's "Close" button.
Family, friends, and caregivers:
To determine if your loved one may be able to take part in our clinical research study, he or she must complete the questionnaire themselves, or must be present to verify that the information is being submitted with his or her consent.
If your loved one is not present, please send him or her the address to this Web page to complete the prescreening questionnaire, or complete this questionnaire together when your loved one is with you.
